The video of the week has been posted on the official Youtube channel.

It’s an extract from the video of the latest Henecia Live On (one of the quarterly benefits for members of the Korean fanclub).

We note that subtitles are already functional, in seven languages including Korean: English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, in Indonesian which we see from time to time but also in Vietnamese which seems to us to be a novelty
(😈 By any chance, are we turning on the charm for Vietnamese fans?)

For French you can always search… but, surely thanks to advances in AI, lately English comments are translating better and better in “automatic” mode.

Ask for English first, then go to automatic translation from English to =>French (use the same procedure for any other language not automatically translated by the video broadcaster).

Thanks to whoever edited today’s content, because the quick way in which the video was put together might lead someone with little cooking talent to believe that this is an easy-to-make dish, which is obviously not the case, but it does make you want to try it.

In all of this we’ve at least retained something fundamental: you must NEVER break the noodles before putting it in the broth!!!!
(🤔 Ohh That’s why last time our ramen looked a lot like mashed potatos… )

Bon Appétit!!!

As Mister Hyun Joong would say, welcome back the poor kilos you so cowardly abandoned a few months ago!

**–**

Just to give everyone a guilty conscience this holiday season (😈), we’d like to remind you of the mandatory health messages on all food advertising that nobody pays attention to anymore:

– “For your health, eat at least five fruits and vegetables a day”
– “For your health, practice regular physical activity”
– For your health, avoid eating too much fat, too much sugar or too much salt”.
– “For your health, avoid snacking between meals”.

They forgot to mention “avoid eating too spicy” 🤣
