At the end of each year, people usually take stock and look back over the past year, but today for our New Year’s greetings, we don’t feel like reviewing our 2023 exploits or lining up yet more numbers.

Instead, we would like to share with you two messages that would have deserved to appear in the official fan club’s “Radio Story”, but these messages were entrusted to us in the comments of our Youtube channel, and even though they’re very personal comments, they were written in public mode and we are very honored to have been the custodians of these message; this reinforces our belief that our presence on Youtube isn’t completely useless.

First a very recent message left 8 days ago on content from over two years ago concerning the song “If you were like me” — Performance by Kim Hyun Joong – Double Fantaisista from July 2012 –.

A long, inspired and beautiful message, which is most likely a true reflection of the author’s life,

…because sometimes other people’s lives are a mirror of our own…

This is a very beautiful song about love and feelings that made me reflect on me.
.

“If you are like me” you would have lived almost every day on full fuel, sometimes even burning your candle in both ends with the knowledge on what it will do to you.
.

You would not regret anything as you cannot change it anymore.
.
You would have done a ton of mistakes, but you would also have forgiven yourself for everything you failed, like I have forgiven myself.
.
And at times you would have hesitated just a moment too long and your entire world turned in another direction.
Today you would know it was for the best to protect and preserve you from harm and unnecessary hardship.
.

You would be extremely thankful and humble in front of the wonders you had the honor to experience or watch from a distance.
.

On other times you would have jumped without a blink and completely unprepared, just trusting that everything will come to terms and there is nothing to be afraid of.
.

These moments have paid off, not that you always appreciated how they turned out, but you would be extremely grateful for the opportunities to jump into the unknown and land on your feet.
.

You would have stopped feeling sorry for yourself a long time ago when things did not go your way.
Instead you would have used the fire and energy in you to do something good for others.
.

You would have taken on other people’s troubles to solve and to help them find the peace and serenity you had found during your journey through life.
.

You would have had a tremendous ability to rejoice from other people’s joy, success and prosperity.
.

You would have been able to honestly envy no one as it would have eaten your heart out.
.

You would have had a huge heart and a gracious way of loving everyone unconditionally as well as trusting almost anyone.
.

You would have been loved and protected by a greater force and felt the need to kneel and thank your creator for what life have had in store for you.
.

You would be a complete but uncomplete, perfect but flawed human being and you would be totally at peace with it most of the time.

The second message, which is not one in particular but several…

Since the beginning of our « channel »  we have regularly received messages from a person we believe to be of Vietnamese origin, messages which seemed very poetic to us, but which we also found very unusual at first.

Later we came to understand that they were  “not to forget” messages.

Little love poems to remember the companion of a lifetime who has gone.
Words to remind her don’t forget herself…

Because her memories are also slipping away a little each day, and in the face of the progressive and inescapable advance of her destiny, we understood that she was leaving herself [or  leaving us] little clues to read herself again and help her find her way back.

So, if there’s one wish we can make for 2024, it’s that when you come across @damnguyen from now on, don’t find it strange any more the way she writes in capital letters or the way she always ends her messages with ️ “Good Life, Good Love, Good Music Forever….”

Pay her a little more attention.
Leave her a dated message (because lately she’s been dating hers😟 too), or a tiny thumbs-up.

Just so we don’t forget her too, okay?
