In general, Korean suppliers, unlike other Asian suppliers, are regulated like a Swiss clock.
They are rigorous and professional.
However, at ARISUM, they certainly hire someone to process orders who should not know how to read or count.
We ordered several packs of 4 ‘All-in-One’ masks and we only received one pack!
We thought error is human, and we kindly sent them two emails to claim the rest of our order.
But, if the guy does not know how to read or count, inevitably he either cannot write, right?
In short, the pretty masks received cost us if we add up all the numbers : 60 euros per mask!
You read correctly ! The price of our total order plus transport and …. 42 euros (customs taxes on arrival)
So, we accept them call it “Global Fashion masks” and have these masks worn by a bunch of Korean fashionistas, but at that price, we should have received gold masks …
The worst part is that if they are honest enough to understand their mistake and decide to send us the rest of our order, we will once again have to pay the customs taxes we have already paid …
In summary, we advise you to wait until these masks are sold by Amazon is more reasonable.
