Two Korean films,  Chun Tae-il and Persona , won awards at the Annecy Animation Film Festival which is called the ‘Cannes Film Festival in the animation world.

Another short film,  Persona, won the Cristal Prize for a graduation film.
Persona  was the first Korean animated film to be invited to the short film competition section of this year’s Cannes Film Festival 2022.
