Yes, we have had enough of all those Koreans who have been making us crack up for a few weeks. Where are they all coming from all at once?
It was not enough to have Mr. Hyun Joong who forced us use whole boxes of Kleenex with his Rightabout, now we have the guys from “Julia Dream” who decided to finish us definitively with their new album.
Since Saturday we have been listening to the songs that they are uploading.
Shall we tell them right away? We’re old school, and WE WANT TO BUY CDs (yes the old-fashioned, square, plastic stuff, with lyrics – TRANSLATED – inside!)
We gave you the link on Saturday for the first track uploaded “TAKE ME AWAY”.
We were already traveling elsewhere without understanding a single word of what they were telling us (as usual), when some English lyrics were kindly uploaded.
For musicians who composed pieces of music “longer than the other musicians” three years ago, they decided to stay in the originality and compose now shorter texts than others musiciens.
As often we don’t need to say too much to make ourselves understood, here are the short but precise “Take me Away” lyrics.
“TAKE ME AWAY”
The lights went out on the road so I lost my way
There is my hope buried under the pile of cold dust
Far beyond memory I remember a sweet dream
When will this happen? I try to reach the moment but I can’t
Take me elsewhere in the dreams that filled me
The tip of dreams shines so bright that I am blinded; between the vast field of flowers my will will choose to hide its body
One way or another, this memory is more distinct than another; that you had beautiful eyes
When it should be, I try to seize the moment but I cannot.
Take me elsewhere in the dreams that filled me
Please remind me that I was blinded by your light
Two other tracks have been put online:
“COULDN’T SAY” – For which we have no lyrics, just “technical” information.
It’s our favorite so far and don’t ask us why. We couldn’t say…
We love this voice even though we still don’t understand what he is telling us, but who cares.
“LULLABY”
The singer here has a church choir voice, and this is not a criticism at all, we find his voice simply Celestial!
This track, half-lullaby, half-ballad (medieval?) Confuses us a little when we bring the words together with the music.
In our humble opinion, these three first uploaded tracks, do not look very much like “psychedelic” music but the lyrics are still as mystical as ever.
“LULLABY”
Calmly and quieltly, drowsy you are
Sleep so well you do
The sun shines on us
Filled up with joy
May I tell you a secret very secrecy secret that is,
Never wanted you to find out but you will learn it someday on your own
We dream Such delights are never in your reach
You can never fully grasp it but we dream about it
Calmly and quieltly, drowsy you are
Sleep so well you do The stars shine on us
The world is calm
We dream Such delights are never in your reach
You can never fully grasp it but we dream about it
You will be aching because of lacking all the beauties and the joy of the world It fades away when you are near reaching them
Calmly and quieltly, drowsy you are
Sleep so well you do The sun wraps us with warmth
Filled up with sadness

We wonder what happened to this artist for being away for three years.
We wish him that the lights come back on on his road little by little.
“Julia Dream” presents his 2nd album called “Life and Death” as follows:
‘the will of humans to long for dreams, love sometimes, and take a step once again, although it sometimes collapses, and
the weight of the end that one day meets’
We don’t quite agree with this summary. Does that surprise you? Our usual spirit of contradiction manifests itself.
This album is the proof of:
“the will of humans to love always (and despite everything), to find their way back, to often collapse (but always get up),
while trying very hard to shed the weight of what they think they will meet at the end “
We warned you, all these Koreans are leaving us in a serious state of disrepair.
Henecia Agency knows what remains to be done.
Bring us to France, the three artists you represent, we absolutely want to see them in concert in 2021.
