The first concert of Filament 2025 has been cancelled.

Brazil, for reasons “unrelated to the will of the parties”, was replaced by Argentina, which was not initially announced.

It is cruel for some and a joy for others.
As we love the fans of both countries, we will only say that we are sad for Brazil and happy for Argentina who never had a visit from Kim Hyun Joong.

The place where the concerts of Peru and Colombia were to be held have also been changed, be careful if you plan hotel reservations nearby.

Let’s hope that the flash of this filament will illuminate the rest of the countries programmed without a hitch.

Argentina concert is still not included in the official calendar and its borders tend to close suddenly these days.

From now on, with each new tour we will no longer eagerly look forward the announcement of the  lucky countries list, we will rather be waiting to know on which country the bad luck of a cancellation will fall.

Why do they announce  tours to then look miserable announcing cancellations?

For reasons of profitability?
Security?
Beyond the parties’ Control?

Or for other reasons surely all justified but that you don’t even want to know if by chance someone thought of presenting them to you…

Can’t they inform theirselves a minimum, make forecast calculations, leave themselves margins for action, think of a plan B in case the sales does not fill up as an organizer dreamed of?

But perhaps a promoter’s plan B is to persuade himself that he will be able to sell many VVVVIP tickets, many private meetings of all kinds with artists, many derivative products, and simply end up cancelling the concert in case a room does not fill up.

It’s sad but that’s how it is and this happen too often leaving a feeling of discomfort and misunderstanding to everyone, as well as the open door to reproaches and speculations that may be unfair.

Employment is a lot to say, they post a request for volunteers, because there are no small savings.

Are all these volunteers who will surely be happy to listen to artists in concert for free, insured, in case they have a problem as part of their “volunteer” missions?

Are they sufficiently trained in the safety instructions of a concert hall?
