The last performance of THE LAST DANCE CONCERT will take place on Saturday, December 21 in HONG KONG one of the two enclaves (with Macao) constituting the outposts of European colonization in the Far East, and as it is preferable not to engage in subjects of past, present or future colonization, let’s rather talk geography, a more consensual theme in the current times.
We wish those lucky ones who will be able to travel this week to attend Kim Hyun Joong’s last dance concert, (and we know some who are currently packing their bags😊), that they will not just make a round trip.
We hope that they will at least be able to admire up close the beautiful Hong Kong Bay framed by its forest of skyscrapers and the hills of the New Territories in the background, at sunset preferably it is more romantic.
We talk about this with nostalgia and regret because the only time we had the opportunity to set foot in Hong Kong was to stay locked in a trade show for two days, airport-taxi-expo-taxi-hotel-taxi-expo-taxi-airport, we might as well tell you that we are currently gnawed by jealousy.
But we reason by saying that after all we saw the skyscraper forest and we appreciated the modernity, politeness and kindness of the inhabitants, so it was in the end a good memory.
In short, Kim Hyun Joong decided to stop there for dance but we hope that he will not forbid himself in the future to do a little choreography from time to time during his concerts.

One day, a fan suddenly asked me: “When will you dance for us again? ”
At that moment, I answered as if nothing had happened: “I will certainly dance before the age of 40. ”
I don’t know why the sentence I said at that time remained so deeply engraved in my heart.
Since then, it has come back to my mind every year.
I am particularly grateful to have been able, with the help of many people, to begin this world tour as a singer and dancer at the age of 39.
It’s really difficult, sometimes I can’t breathe, and sometimes I feel overwhelmed, but when I get closer and closer to my final destination as a singer and dancer, I feel a sense of accomplishment, and I’m also full of gratitude to those who accompanied me, mixed with many indescribable emotions.
I am very lucky to be able to complete my last performance as a singer and dancer in a beautiful city called “Hong Kong”.
I am very grateful to finally meet those who have been ready to wait for me for a long time, and I am also silently determined to do my best to show the best scene and live up to my expectations.
I know that no matter how many times I thank you, it’s not enough, but I really want to tell you that you really have the heart to wait so long…
