Regarding the broadcast of extracts or captures from last saturday Prisme Time concert:

Legal? Not Legal?
Correct? Not correct ?
Timely? Not Timely?
Damaging or not for the tickets sale for next 6 concerts?

As someone so wisely pointed out to us, it is no longer even a question of legality, copyright infringement or image rights, since no one, it seems to us, intends to trade with Kim Hyun Joong’ images.

It is currently a question of stopping polemics which can only  disservice the artist;  fans cat fights looks bad, and  atmosphere ends up putting in uncomfortable situations a whole fanclub who faithfully follows Kim Hyun Joong.

So today, before there was a third world war, Kim Hyun Joong decided to give us two ‘OFFICIAL’ photos from Saturday’s scene and we thank him.

However, since the concert we have been asking ourselves a lot of questions to which we have not yet found the answers:

Should we wait until November and the end of the concerts to talk about it?

Would not circulating images prevent fans from buying tickets for upcoming concerts?

Does the fact of keeping something secret to create buzz marketing,  increase the number of tickets sold?

Those who could not attend the first concert for lack of funds (we must not forget that 40 € represents the food budget of an entire family in some countries …) will they have ways to attend the next?

Maybe our power of persuasion isn’t strong enough to make it happen, but how can we make people who don’t know Kim Hyun Joong want to buy tickets to his upcoming concerts?

By showing them pictures from  ‘Boys Over Flowers’ times?

Probably directing them to Kim Hyun Joong’s official Youtube channel, but will that make them want to attend a concert?

So ?

  • officially publish the concert or extracts at the risk of making some believe that ultimately it is not necessary to buy a ticket since the concert will be put online anyway?

    or

  • “let it go” as for October concert, where everyone happily had fun with the images (we included)?

.

The answer to this dilemma lies in the hands of Kim Hyun Joong and his team.

In any case, there is one thing of which we are certain, we would not like to be in the place of the one who has to decide, and we can only give him our very humble feeling: November will be too late.
