Registration for the OFFICIAL Korean Kim Hyun Joong’s fan club is open.
You may find this registration process surprising, but for those who are not used to it, don’t be surprised, it is common for some artists.
No one is obliged to register, this is only the communication of a message from HENECIA Agency.
Please pay attention to the list of fan club “advantages” which may not be 100% valid for some members living abroad.
Among other things, they promise us:
- that Kim Hyun Joong will send us a song to celebrate our birthday (as the years go by we prefer to forget the existence of this day you can dispense with it)
- that our morning awakening will be sweeter to the sound of Kim Hyun Joong’s voice (a different MP3 song to download each month)
- that we will have access to the “private chat room” and if we are lucky we may one of these days be able to speak (in french ? or by signs?) with Kim Hyun Joong.
- The last promise, and just for this one we will register, they will send us very “private” videos and photos.

Fanclub recruitment information– Recruitment period : December 16th 2020 11:00(KST) ~ December 24th 18:00(KST)
– Activity period : 2021.01.01 ~ 2021.12.15
– Eligible applicants : Anyone who wishes to join the Kim Hyun-joong official fan club 2021 HENECIA
– Application fees: 40,000 Won (about 31 € or 37 USD)
– How to apply : Apply at the Kim Hyung-joong dot com homepage (www.hyun-joong.com)
– Membership payment methods
1) Credit card
2) PayPal
3) Payment without bankbook (people who want to pay without bankbook need identical nickname on ‘mypage’ as the depositor name.)
** All fees associated with transfer (fees including exchange rate fee, remittance fee, and receipt fee) are individual responsibilities.
Henecia fan club benefits
1., Image of Henecia membership card with identification number provided via e-mail
2., Private photos/video content for fan club members only
3., Pre-purchase of concert tickets and Henecia goods
4., Birthday celebration song message : individual e-mail / new song, different to last year
5. Morning call voice content (MP3) once per month : can be downloaded from the homepage
6. Chatting room that can be used to communicate with artists
7. 2021 digital retrospect magazine provided twice : can be check on the website.
8. Other fan participating events, concert priority benefits
* Benefits can be changed according to events and concerts.
Precaution when joining the fan club
1. Must register with your real name.
If you register with other’s name, there can be disadvantages on fan club related benefits.
For foreign members, please register with your English name (?!) as written on your passport.
2. 2021 Henecia will not be issuing physical membership cards.
Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic and the inconvenient international mail situation, we decided not to create physical membership cards. We ask for your understanding, and we are sending membership card images via email that can be given fan club identification numbers.
3. Please register accurate email information.
There were many cases where emails such as the birthday celebration song return to Henecia members. Please check the member information on whether the the email address is correct along with the dormant account status.
You can only receive the Henecia news that is usable, so please double check.
4. Refund is possible during the registration period, but after the registration, refund is impossible in any circumstances.
5. Fan club benefits are solely provided to fan club members, and cannot be used by another person or be sold.
6. After purchase and completing deposit, please keep the payment details.
7. If you unsubscribe from hyun-joong.com before the end of 2021 Henecia activity period, fan club benefits will not be provided.
8. Information submitted during the fan club application will be terminated after the activity period.
Please insert your correct member information in mypage.
9. The birthday song will be sent to individual emails based on the 2021 birthdate.
10. The submitted information will be collected for Kim Hyun-joong 2021 Henecia fan club membership information only and for no other purposes.
