●Concerning waiting for entry and exit, the behavior to pursue:

Artists use public vehicles and facilities such as airports and roads. Acts such as waiting for entry and exit, chasing and taking photos are not only a nuisance to other users, but also prohibited as there is a risk of unexpected injuries, disturbances and serious accidents.

In addition, sitting at the hotel waiting for the artist will constitute a considerable nuisance for other users.

In the unlikely event of an accident or complaint from another customer, we are not responsible at all. Furthermore, our company and our artists may not be able to use these means of transport and facilities in the future. In order to prevent infectious diseases and to avoid accidents and nuisances, it is also recommended in many places not to gather people in the facilities.

● About voyeurism and unauthorized downloading (sharing):

Please refrain from taking photos, videos and recordings of this show and each event. Likewise, please refrain from taking photos and sharing them without the person’s or staff’s permission in places other than the event, as this can cause trouble not only for the person, but also for those around you and lead to unexpected accidents.

Taking photos and making audio and video recordings is prohibited.

 

●Concerning purchases from illegal merchandise and ticket resale sites, etc. :

It is illegal to sell goods that use portraits of artists without authorization other than official goods. Please refrain from producing, selling or buying such merchandise. In addition, we are not responsible for problems related to ticket resale sites, purchases from strangers, etc. Please refrain from purchasing so as not to suffer any harm.

 

●Concerning support items such as fans and signs and planning surprises:

Please take care not to disturb those around you when applauding with support items such as fans and boards. If other customers point this out, staff may be cautious.

●Concerning seating:

All seats are reserved for this show. Please take note of the seat indicated on the ticket. It is dangerous to jump down the aisle or leave your seat, so please put a stop to it.

 

●Concerning luggage:

Please do not place your jacket or luggage on the floor or in the aisle, as this could cause accidents and problems.

In addition, bulky luggage that doesn’t fit on the seat, such as suitcases and briefcases, can get in the way of other customers. Please leave your luggage in the public lockers or in the lockers provided at certain locations before taking part. Likewise, please manage your valuables on your own.

 

● Fan letters and gifts:

We plan to prepare a letterbox for this performance. Please do not put anything other than a letter in the box. Please also take the wrapping paper and paper bags home. If the letter is mixed with anything other than paper, be careful as it may be confiscated or returned on inspection at the time of transport, and other letters may not be able to be transported.

As for the gift, I’ve decided to decline it altogether this time.

 

●Requests relating to celebratory flowers:

With regard to congratulatory flowers such as hall and stand flowers (including arranged flowers and dressing room flowers), I am very sorry to refuse completely due to the problem of disposal and the intention not to place a financial burden on everyone.
