L’Oreal better watch out because Kim Hyun Joong and his cosmetics brand RAFTEL® are coming.

Well, we don’t know when his products will arrive (😈we don’t know when he’ll arrive neither),
all we know is that the brand has been registered by Henecia Co, Ltd. internationally as an active trademark, since June 25th.

The filing was made in the United States by a Denver law firm, Sheridan Ross, represented for this case by Miriam Drickman Trudell, partner specialising in “Trademark & Copyright Law” (named Trademark Lawyer of the Year by “Best Lawyer” in 2020).

We’ve always told you that Kim Hyun Joong doesn’t need hundreds of small lawyers, he knows how to surround himself with the best.

The packaging presented in Korea as an introduction to Kim Hyun Joong’s last two concerts, and of which no one has heard any ‘official’ news yet, was apparently gold on a white background, the new filing has been done in gold letters on a black background, which we think is even more stylish.
