If you’ve been waiting a while to see Kim Hyun Joong in concert and he still hasn’t come to you, we can only advise you, if you have the means and the time, go and get him by force. The next Filament Concert and fan meeting, is to be held in Seoul on March 28, 29 and 30, 2025.
However, hurry up and fill in your pre-registration form, as there are only 100 places per “package”, i.e. 300 lucky people who will have the privilege of taking a tour, with a program that seems to us perfectly organized on paper, by a Korean receptive / organizer.
As indicated in the leaflet and form below, there are three different packages:

Please note that seating is random, so don’t fight to get stuck to Kim Hyun Joong, you might choke him!

(For those who succeed best in carving the shape of a Dalgona, a surprise event from Kim Hyun Joong is prepared)
✔ Screening of previously unseen videos from the Filming Site
(it’s unclear whether this is the site for the mini-series “The Time without Her”)

Please note: since the online forms have been swamped – and it has to be said that some people have had an advantage over others due to time differences – the organizer has been gradually providing answers.
For the time being, these are acknowledgements of receipt, or answers to questions asked, and in no way a confirmation of booking, which will only arrive in a few days’ time when you’ll be asked to pay.

For all the questions you have asked us, we advise you to address them directly to the organizer:
👉Are concert tickets included in packages?

👉Who is in charge of transfers to and from hotels, restaurants, all planned activities and the concert venue?

👉Ask to be given the name of the hotel where you will be staying, so that you can book your own nights in advance, or extend your stay in the same hotel after the night of March 29.
According to the organizer, the name of the hotel will only be communicated three days in advance, and to bring forward or extend a hotel reservation three days before an event is difficult in a city that is normally crowded, and even more so during the flowering season.

👉For travel-stressed people who like adventure but not necessarily hassle, ask for more details about this “Airline Ticket reservation service” facility and/or any other services you may wish to add on a personal basis.
A local tour operator/receptive who knows his business can help you organize your stay and manage the little details that are cluttering up your mind
(because your mind will already be cluttered enough by jet lag😁 )

Given that these three packages represent 300 seats, and that the number of seats in a concert hall is not elastic, we hope that everyone will find something to their liking.
As stated by the organizer: “the number of participants may be increased at the organizer’s discretion”.
This would be a marvellous idea, as our little finger tells us that the number of people interested in the “Diamond” package could represent much more than 100.
PLEASE: don’t fill in a questionnaire if you really have no intention of going, as this can distort the statistics used to predict the occupancy of a concert hall, restaurant or hotel.
