Here is the last episode of EveryDay Joong winter series filmed on Jeju Island.
Most of the time we don’t appreciate what we have and only value things after we lose them.
We often bitched about getting tired of seeing teepees and Christmas decorations, but you know what? After this last episode we have the feeling that we will remember with nostalgia this winter spent in Jeju Island with Kim Hyun Joong.
It is true that the contents were not often as attractive as those of scenes shot in a real studio (or outdoors like on this magnificent beach or mountain of Jeju which we enjoyed so much), but Kim Hyun Joong and his team did their best, given the means and weather conditions, to meet with us every week.
They allowed us to see a “raw” and ultimately very natural Kim Hyun Joong, obviously closer to who he really is, and less ‘under pressure’ than when he returns to Seoul where he must surely be constantly doing pay attention to what he does and what he says.
So, let’s take advantage of this last episode of winter in Jeju, because to do it, between the time the idea germinated in his restless mind and its implementation, they surely had to work very hard on it.
Ask his uncle if he’s not happy to finally see his nephew, the barbecue design engineer, go back to Seoul.
