This doesn’t concern us directly, as we’ve never been able to subscribe to the Japanese fan club site; the requirements for proving a personal address in Japan and other local payment methods were too complicated. We threw in the towel and never tried again.

It’s true that we could have made a little effort, because maybe the fans of the Japanese club have more fun in their fan club than those of the Korean fan club? 🤔

So, so limp that even the guy who runs the thing, and who’s obliged to sort and read everyone’s messages, falls asleep and forgets to send birthday greetings to members.
(😈And you shouldn’t have forgotten, sir!)

But that’s okay, he forgot about it last year too, and we didn’t hold a grudge.

A manager has inherited a new contract, and since we’re dealing with the interests of the artist we’re following, we thought it would be interesting to know that a bit of housekeeping has been done in Japan.

So, until now, the Japanese fan club has been managed by a company called Stream Media Corporation, and from September 14, 2023, the management mandate will be entrusted to World Entertainment.

The predecessors were specialized in : CS Broadcasting Business, Corporate Management, Mobile Phone Business, Fan Club Business, Merchandising, Events and Concerts Business, Copyright, Music Business.

Can you guess what the new ones specialize in?

The same thing, of course!

BUT…
the newcomers seem to be more up to date, and the icing on the cake is that, if they are indeed the World Entertainment company we believe, it would seem that they are also in charge of representing actors we know!

So, even if things aren’t moving too fast in the way everyone wants them to on the Korean side, we’re betting it’s going to shake things up on the Japanese side.

Bravo! When you can’t get in through the front door, always try to get in through a window.

And when we say that these changes in the Japanese fan club don’t concern us directly, it’s just a way of speaking in the moment, because in the end, we hope to feel the benefit of this change too.

It’s still just a story of communicating vessels.
