It is not surprising, and it is deserved because this atypical group is completely outside the norm.
Okay, these are just nominations, but it’s huge, especially since the band disappeared from the Korean musical landscape for a few years and this new album was just released in late 2020.

KMA – Selection member Jeong Jin-young – Message –
In the era when the album has changed to the concept of ‘goods’,
Julia Dream is a rare species that seriously asks what the value of an album is.
There are many good bands, but not many bands unfold their own’world ‘in units of music and albums.
Julia Dream, who looked into the aspect of the world we live in with her previous work [World of Anxiety], unfolded another musical world through this album, observing the dead.
Unlike the previous work, which was preceded by difficulty, the color of this album is colorful and the amplitude of emotion is large. It is a masterpiece that resembles an art film.
Here is the nominated track ‘El nuevo mundo’
well deserved nominations indeed…
