Today we talk about cinema. More precisely about “Kdrama”, “k” for Korean of course, or to make it very very short, Korean television series.
Asia, Koreans in particular, have a long history of producing dramas / television series, which themes are mostly action, often historical, and romance.
Although his career as a singer monopolizes him 100%, we must not forget that the “solo” success of Kim Hyun Joong has taken off with his acting career (we will talk you about Boys Over Flowers another day…).
He now prefers to devote himself to his music and we do not blame him for that … but, we do not despair of finding him one day in a film or a series (if one of the nice and sympathetic Korean majors is willing to look into the question, after of course, having correctly calculated how much it can bring them).
In short, why are we talking about Kdrama today?
Because Youtube channel, which had produced and broadcast a sequel to the Playful Kiss series (also called Naughty Kiss), updates the site dedicated to this series YTKISS, and announces the launch of a new “Naughty Kiss”, wich premiere is scheduled for tomorrow, August 8th.
So don’t miss the opportunity to appreciate Kim Hyun Joong’s performance in this mini-series.
In “season 1” he played the role of a young macho, big-headed and pretentious (but so endearing …).
After marriage, the characters have evolved a bit, but the awkwardness and youth of the couple formed with his partner are still so refreshing …
