How often do you abandon yourself to calm?
Perhaps the true rest is not simply the absence of movement, but the quiet deployment of presence.
We move, we constantly move forward, but even the river finds comfort in the gentle embrace of a quiet shore.
That is why we must pose, soften and listen.
The warmth of the sunlight resting on the closed eyelids, the rise and descent of breathing in perfect rhythm, the calm of a world wrapped in silence.
Rest is not a destination but a return – to oneself, to the present moment, to the inner space.
This exhibition is an invitation to this return.
Linger in immobility, move with intention, and may you find the rest your soul is looking for.
